We've been happily living in our house on walnut street for a month, and I love it more everyday.
All I can say is, what a difference an additional 800 square feet makes to a family of 5!
Everyone has seemed to benefit from the extra space, even the dogs.
We're the kind of people who get sick of the same scenery after a while; moving downtown was medicine for sure. I don't think I'll ever get sick of it down here. I seriously can't imagine living anywhere else.
